Responsibilities:
Functions as unit receptionist, answers and screens calls.
Processes new admissions, setting up charts ahead of time.
Thins out current patient charts as needed.
Arranges transportation to and from medical appointments in conjunction with Case Management.
Obtains/updates forms for the unit.
Prerequisites:
Medical records experience preferred.
Clerical experience is a plus! Job Type:
