The Carafotes/Serpa Network dba Dunkin' of Oxford, Southbridge, and Sturbridge, is looking for an upbeat, energetic and responsible person to join our team as a Shift Leader.
The role and responsibility of the Shift Leader is to support the management team with overall restaurant operations.
Our ideal candidate will have supervisory Dunkin', and flexibility to cover shifts as needed and necessary.
ServSafe and Food Allergen Certified candidates are preferred.

Role model exceptional guest service and effectively manage guest recovery.
Ensure service with speed by setting goals and utilizing tracking tools, and through effective shift management and deployment planning.
Ensure compliance with all Brand operational standards, as well as Network policies and procedure.
Ensure restaurant meets and adheres to all mandatory food safety standards and guidelines.
Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness at all times.
Utilize the Red Book and/or similar tools to track required documentation.
Maintain the calibration of all restaurant equipment to ensure product excellence.
Drive sales through effective execution of marketing programs and initiatives.
Manage effective cash control and loss prevention policies and procedures.
Create a learning environment and recognize team members for demonstrating desired behavior and performance.
Inspire and motivate team members and promote a positive working environment.
Provide excellent guest service; with a focus on service with speed and order accuracy Previous experience working in a cafe or quick service restaurant preferred Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments Meet safety and sanitation standards Anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations Have a positive attitude and work well in a team environment Demonstrate leadership skills Be reliable and punctual for shifts Recommended Skills Calibration Catering/Hospitality Work Computer Networks Customer Service Food Safety Hardworking And Dedicated Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
