Eliot's Adult Mental Health Division provides an integrated and comprehensive network of services to adults with psychiatric disabilities that promote consumer rights, responsibilities, rehabilitation, and recovery. We provide rehabilitative services that enable people to increase functioning in the living, working, and social environments of their choice.
Assist in the day to day operations of assigned program(s).
Assist in the hiring, training, evaluation, supervision and disciplinary action of program staff to include weekly supervision and completion of staff performance evaluations.
Assist with monitoring staff certifications are up to date.
Assist with maintaining documentation of all staff meetings and supervisions.
Also assist with assessing the training needs of staff and working with supervisor to address identified needs.
Be responsive to staff needs and assist with developing positive team morale.
Ensure clean and safe living environment; obtain appropriate inspections, perform inspections and maintain a monitoring system to ensure proper maintenance of physical site and program
Schedule:Tuesday-Saturday 11a-7pm
Pay rate: TBD
BA/BS in related field, with two years related experience with the population. Must have residential experience and possess strong managerial and clinical skills, knowledge and experience with regulatory requirements of DMH and DPH. Computer literacy and skill in the use of computers and related software applications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
